Returns and Refunds

Everything You Need to Know

We accept returns on our jewelry. If you have changed your mind about your jewelry purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request return authorization. Once authorization is granted, send the item back in original packaging within 3 business days of authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the item is received in original condition, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Spa items and bubbles are not eligible for return, but if there is an issue with a purchased product, please contact us right away to discuss the issue with us.
